Restart Modem (Router) From Your Pc or From A Friend Computer(PC):
Sometimes You need to restart your modem, it may be any reason, including your internet Speed is Slow, or you angry with your Friend and want to disturb him.Just kidding. Don't do.
if the Router(Modem) is far from you and you want to restart it, so you go there. and off it and then on it.
However it will be very convenient to do it from your pc.
if you want to do it from your friend Pc then it must be shared. otherwise it is not applicable
Steps to Restart Modem from your Pc:
- First Go To 192.168.1.1
- A small window will Pop and will Ask from Your User Name and Password.
- So the Username is Admin and the Password is Admin. Bothes are same.
- Now A window will come so Click on Advance Setup and Then Click on WAN.
- Now Click on Save/Reboot
One thing i want to say Don't edit something, may be you will do something wrong.
