1. Go To Blogger.com
2. Login with your Gmail user name and password.
3. Click On Continue To Blogger
4. Click on Create A Blog.
5. Choose Title For Your Blog.
6. Choose Address For Your Blog.
7. Select a Template, You can Change it Later.
8. And Finally click on Create Blog.
